OCIS代表队斩获2023阿思丹
模拟商业挑战赛东北赛区金奖
在六月这个收获的季节，OCIS中学部传来喜讯：在6月17-18日举行的2023阿思丹模拟商业挑战赛东北赛区的比赛中，共有来自全国14所国际学校和重点中学的163人参加，OCIS中学部8名参赛选手经过两天奋战，获得综合评分第一名，成功斩获综合运营金奖，最佳路演奖，最佳交易团队和运营决策奖，共四大奖项。
In the harvest season of June, OCIS Secondary School received good news: In the Northeast Section of the 2023 ASDAN Simulation Business Challenge held on June 17-18, 8 participants from OCIS Middle School competed with 21 elite representative teams composed of 163 people from Shanghai, Dalian, Shenyang and Harbin International schools. After two days of hard work, our team won the first place in the comprehensive score. We also won the Gold Award for Comprehensive Operation, the Pitch Deck Award, the Top Trading Team and the Operational Excellence Award, a total of four awards.
OCIS始终坚信好的教育是将理论与实践相结合，课堂学习与真实社会相融合，因此学校十分鼓励同学积极参与商业挑战赛。
本次是国际部学生第一次参加阿思丹模拟商战，临近商赛，组员们面临着期末考的压力，即使时间紧张却仍然全力以赴，没有一个人在堆积成山的任务面前打退堂鼓，所有人都想承担更多的任务，分担其他人的压力，OCIS学生所展现出的担当与团结无比闪耀！
OCIS always believes that good education is a combination of theory and practice, classroom learning and real world application. So the school is truly encouraging students to actively participate in this business challenge.
This is the first time for OCIS students to participate in the Asdan Business Challenge. As the competition approaches, team members are under the pressure from final exams, but they still spare no efforts in spite of the time constraints. No one flinched in the face of the mountain of tasks. All they wanted was to take on more tasks and support their team demonstration. That was great display of responsibility and unity.
少年们的"商海沉浮"从这里正式开始……短短两天，从嫩芽飞速成长为参天大树。赛场之上，创意十足的海报设计环节、精彩绝伦的路演环节无不收获了令人瞩目的成果，面对袭来的问题，学生们逻辑严谨，表达有力，经过细致沟通、反复修改的PPT更是将项目运作完美呈现；海报组在极有限的时限内就绘制了一副创意满满，生动醒目的商业海报；更不用说口语表达、英文创作、商业运作、美学设计、团队合作、决策考量的经验更是弥足珍贵。
Our junior students were tested with senior students as their peers and our students proved themselves more capable. Indeed they have all grown and matured in this competition. During the competition, the imaginative poster design phase, the wonderful roadshow all achieved remarkable results with fantastic performances：the roadshow group's magnificent reporting skills overwhelmed the audience, and made wonderful answers without hesitation; After detailed communication, repair and modification, the PPT was a beautiful present of the project; Poster group in a very limited time limit finished a creative, vivid and eye-catching commercial poster. The experience of oral expression, English writing, business operation, aesthetic design, teamwork and decision-making is more valuable.
“出道即巅峰”，孩子们做到了！经过两天的精彩对决，少年们体验了别样的“商海”人生。最终，获得了本次区域赛的金奖，同时晋级第十二届阿思丹全球青年经济论坛(WYEF)-暨阿思丹模拟商战全国总决战！当获奖消息传回学校的那一刻，所有OCIS学生和老师为之沸腾，学校也为获奖选手们精心组织策划了颁奖仪式，为孩子们颁发了荣誉证书与鲜花。
Those young people were quite the eye openes. After two days of wonderful play, the teenagers experienced a different kind of "business" life. In the end, they won the gold medal of this regional competition, and advanced to the 12th Asdan Global Youth Economic Forum (WYEF)- and the national final of Asdan Simulation Business Simulation! When the news of the award returned to the school, all the OCIS students and teachers were properly surprised. The school also carefully organized and planned the award ceremony for the winners, and awarded the certificates of honor and flowers to the children.
参加比赛不是一次浅尝辄止的活动，学生在参赛过程中，体验团队合作，学会情绪管理，锻炼抗压能力，将知识运用于实际操作，这是书本之外更重要的一课。我们期待着阿思丹模拟商战全国总决战！愿OCIS少年们在全国大赛的舞台上再次展现剑桥学子的风采！再次创造不一样的商业世界！
Participating in the competition is not a simple activity. In the process, students can experience teamwork, learn emotional management, exercise their ability to resist pressure, and apply knowledge to practical world. This is a more important lesson outside the book. We are looking forward to the Asdan Simulation busines National finals! May the OCIS teenagers once again showcase their best spirits on a national stage, to bring their business talents to the next level!
